The oldgator cannot say enough about the wonderful job that "smarTours, Inc." does and did to ensure that our Tour "China and the Yangtze River" was a success.

The web site for smarTours is ok for obtaining information such as what tours are available and when, what are the basic prices and what do they include, tour itineraries, and they have a contact link to request brochures. DO NOT EXPECT TO DO BUSINESS WITH SMARTOURS, INC. ON THE NET.  CALL THEM AT 1-800-337-7773 and as for someone in Sales.  I personally did business with ELI who I found out later is the manager of the New York Office and I recommend him although I also received good service and truthful answers from several other people in the office.
